The Wellsway School Performing Arts Team is proud
to announce the launch of this year’s School Production of 'West
Side Story':
to be performed from Wednesday 25th
March to Saturday 28th March 2009.
Tickets go on sale at 9.30am on Sunday 8th
March. Adults £8, students and concessions £6. Cheques payable to
Wellsway School. The production does not make a profit and the
unfortunate increase in ticket prices is to cover costs.
To all cast members in Years 10, 11 and Sixth
Form:
As from Monday 12th January the rehearsal
schedule will be available here as well as on display outside room
57, room 29 and Mendip foyer. Please keep an eye on it and make sure
you turn up for your rehearsals on time.
Key Stage 3 auditions will be announced on
Monday 12th January – please see noticeboards. Year 9 auditions will
be for main cast. You will be required to both sing and dance. Years
7 and 8 for pre-show, You will be asked to prepare and perform a
group improvisation.
