You can claim if you are in receipt of one of the
following benefits:

Allowance |

Support under part VI of the
Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 |

|
Child Tax Credit, provided you
are not entitled to Working Tax Credit, and have an annual income (as
assessed by the Inland Revenue) that does not exceed £15,575 |
|
|
Guaranteed element of State
Pension Credit. |
To apply, contact the Bath & North East Somerset
Council to request an application form. When you receive your
application form you will be asked to provide confirmation that you are
in receipt of one of the benefits above.
